What is the ruling on working in a company or in classrooms where there is free mixing of men and women, and the women are unveiled and displaying their adornment, and the company's system requires this?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah preserve you, our honorable father. We are a group of young men working in a company where there is free mixing of men and women in the classrooms and in the work environment, and these working women are displaying their adornment and are unveiled. What is the ruling on working with them and attending the classrooms with them if the company's system requires this? And is it possible that there is a stronger public benefit that permits this action, with some real-world examples of such stronger public benefits? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Allah the Exalted said:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect.
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I have not left behind me a trial more injurious to men than women.
Mishkat al-Masabih 3085
Therefore, it is obligatory for the Muslim to fear the trial of women, for the first trial that occurred among the Children of Israel was women. Indeed, in the past among the Children of Israel, a woman would mix with the men, and one of them would want to see her lover, so one of them would wear high-soled shoes to stand out so her lover could see her, and they would meet and go away, as they say today, to spend their honeymoon. It is not permissible for Muslims to follow the ways of the former peoples, for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) condemned what is a lesser trial than this trial, which is the mixing of women with men. As you know from the hadith of Abu Waqid al-Laythi, narrated by al-Tirmidhi and others: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مر بأصحابه على شجرة على سدر شجرة عظيمة فقال بعضهم: اجعل لنا ذات أنواط كما لهم ذات أنواط فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام: الله أكبر ! هذه السُنن هذه السَّنن لقد قلتم كما قال قوم موسى لموسى: اجعل لنا إلهاً كما لهم آلهة The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by his companions at a tree, a large date palm tree, and some of them said: "Make for us a Dhat Anwat as they have a Dhat Anwat." He said, may the prayers and peace be upon him: "Allahu Akbar! These are the ways, these are the ways. You have said what the people of Musa said to Musa: 'Make for us a god as they have gods.'" Look at the difference between the position of the Jews with the one who spoke to Allah, Musa, when they said to him:
Make for us a god
like the calf, we worship it besides Allah the Exalted, and the difference between the statement of that Companion, "Make for us a Dhat Anwat," trees upon which we hang our weapons. He said, "Allahu Akbar," the matter was great upon him, and he said: لقد قلتم كما قال قوم موسى لموسى: اجعل لنا إلهاً كما لهم آلهة You have said what the people of Musa said to Musa: "Make for us a god as they have gods." to the end of it. If the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) closed the door of speech along with the door of doubt between the one who said this word and the word that the Jews said, how would the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) be pleased for Muslims to do a work that involves mixing with women, which is the greatest trial left by the Messenger (peace be upon him), as you heard in the previous hadith? And how can there be a benefit in that for which the claim of that mixing is excused, which brings nothing but evil? And if it is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
The share of zina is written for the son of Adam, and it will overtake him inevitably. So the eye commits zina, and its zina is looking, and the ear commits zina, and its zina is hearing, and the hand commits zina, and its zina is touching, meaning shaking hands, and the foot commits zina, and its zina is walking, and the private part confirms all that or denies it.
If the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If a woman goes out of her house perfumed, she is a zaniyah.
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 6:1658
how can a Muslim imagine living in a society composed of a mixture of men and women? How can he guarantee himself against this or that, when she has displayed her adornment as mentioned in the question? How can he protect himself from his eye committing zina, from his ear committing zina, from his hand committing zina? Do you find today in these mixed societies a Muslim man who remains steadfast in not shaking hands for a month, two months, three months, and then? The current takes him and sweeps him away, and then he returns to justify this sin of his: "The interest of da'wah requires such mixing." This is exactly like the action of the Jews; they commit violations of the Shari'ah, then they try to justify and pass them off by all means. "The interest requires this." The interest is establishing the rule of Allah on earth, every person according to his ability. And those who are afflicted with working in companies or the like where there is mixing of the two sexes, they must fear Allah Blessed and Exalted is He twice. The first time: that they do not mix with this society. And the second time: that they do not seek to find fatwas to justify this bad reality in which they are situated.
