What is the ruling on the young men who participated in the events in the Haram, and is it permissible to kill them and fight them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right, Shaykh, a note on this story.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : And he means, what is your opinion from the jurisprudential perspective regarding the actions of these people in al-Masjid al-Haram?

The Shaykh : If they did that in the open, it is not permissible, so what about in al-Masjid al-Haram?!

The questioner : Does that mean their punishment is execution?

The Shaykh : Of course.

The questioner : Even if they interpret the texts?

The Shaykh : Even if they interpret the texts, the Khawarij are those who interpret the texts, the Khawarij are those who interpret the texts. And so, when 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, and he had fought them: "Are they disbelievers?" He said: "No, they fled from disbelief", but they stirred up a blind fitnah, so they met their due. This rebellion is not permissible in Islam absolutely, so what about in al-Masjid al-Haram?! This is a greater sin.
