What is the ruling of the wise Lawgiver regarding a Muslim woman working outside her home while leaving her sons with Muslim nannies or maids?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling of the wise Lawgiver regarding a Muslim woman working a permissible job outside her home while leaving her children with Muslim nannies or maids?

The Shaykh : The ruling in this matter is the word of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), addressing the Ummah or the women of the Ummah through the person of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), in His saying (Mighty and Majestic):
And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance وقرن في بيوتكنَّ ولا تبرَّجن تبرج الجاهلية الأولى
[Al-Ahzab 33:33]
. This means that, as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The default for a man is to go out and leave the house, and the default for a woman is to stay in the house and not go out except for a need that is absolutely necessary for her." This is what came in Sahih al-Bukhari: when Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) made the hijab obligatory for women, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Allah has permitted you to go out for your needs قد أذن الله لكنَّ أن تخرجْنَ لحوائجكنَّ
. So if a woman leaves her home covered in her jilbab, not wearing perfume as is well known to us in the book "The Hijab of the Muslim Woman," for a need of hers, then her going out is permissible. However, if her going out leads to committing any of the things we mentioned earlier, or to neglecting some of the domestic duties that the woman is obligated to perform, then the aforementioned Qur'anic text applies:
And abide in your houses وقرن في بيوتكنَّ
[Al-Ahzab 33:33]
. It is not permissible for her to go out and leave the children with the maids, even if they are Muslim maids, because the mother is the most knowledgeable about the reins of her children and about what is good for them in terms of guidance, education, and reform.
This is what I have in answer to this question.
