Conditions for a Woman Leaving Home to Work

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling if a woman goes out to work in a field where there is no mixing, and she employs a Muslim nanny to supervise her children while she is away at work, and her husband agrees to this, and she adheres to the Islamic hijab?

Answer:
There is no harm in that, if Allah wills, if these are the conditions you mentioned. There is no harm in that if she adheres to the hijab, and her work is with women, and the children have someone to take care of them and treat them well from among good Muslim women, and her husband is pleased, and there is no seclusion of the husband with the person present in the house. Rather, she has women with her who prevent seclusion. So there is no harm in this.
As for if he is left alone with a woman other than his wife, this is a great danger. The woman must stay with her children, and there is no need for a nanny to come for the children. Perhaps the husband would be left alone with her, and perhaps fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) would occur. So the wife stays with her children, and there is no need for her to go out. He must provide for her, treat her well, and meet her needs so that she can raise her children, and so that she is a place of rest for him and a place of return for him where he finds tranquility and satisfies his desire from her, and so that he does not fall into the blameworthy sin with a foreign nanny who takes her place. There is no power and no strength except with Allah.
