The Shaykh mentioned the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): “A vision is like a bird perched on a person’s foot; if it is interpreted, it falls.”

The Shaykh : Otherwise, he should not relate it to anyone, because as came in the authentic hadith
A vision is like a bird on a person's foot; if it is interpreted, it falls. الرؤيا على رجل طائر فإذا فسّرت وقعت
this is a very serious likening.
A vision is like a bird on a person's foot; if it is interpreted, it falls. الرؤيا على رجل طائر فإذا فسرت وقعت
That is to say, if a person sees a vision that appears good on the surface, but the interpreter of the dream interprets it as the opposite of the apparent meaning of this vision, then this Sunnah of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will occur. It is a hidden Sunnah that does not fall under the natural cosmic Sunnahs that are subject to matter. No. If it is interpreted, it falls. Therefore, it is not befitting for our brothers who are eager to benefit from the Sunnah, if they see a vision, even if it appears good, to relate it except to a sincere scholar. And if the opposite is the case, let him seek refuge in Allah and not relate it to anyone. As for the fact that visions have multiplied in this form, is it not possible that Satan, just as he plays with people in their waking state, plays with them in their dreams? Of course, it is permissible. Therefore, we do not pay any attention to such visions at all.
