The hadith of Abu al-Darda' and his certainty that his house did not burn down as they informed him, due to words he had heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); is it authentic?

The questioner : The Shaykh : Hashim Muhammad 'Ali mentions a hadith regarding the response to supplication and certainty; that a person should have certainty in the response to supplication. He mentions a hadith of Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was sitting in a gathering when his companions came to him and said to him: "O Abu al-Darda', your house has burned down." He said: "No, and it should not burn down. I heard these words from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): Whoever says them in the evening, no harm will touch him until morning, and whoever says them in the morning, no harm will touch him until evening. They are: O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no deity but You. Upon You I have relied, and You are the Lord of the Mighty Throne. What Allah wills comes to be, and what He does not will does not come to be. There is no power and no strength except by Allah, the Most High, the Great. I know that Allah is Able to do all things, and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul, and from the evil of every creature whose forelock You hold. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path." They said: "So they found that what was around his house had burned down, and that his house had remained safe." The hadith was not mentioned with the wording... so what do we want?

The Shaykh : This hadith was narrated by Ibn al-Sunni in "A'mal al-Yawm wa al-Laylah" (Deeds of the Day and the Night), but in my previous reviews, I found that the hadith is weak; its chain of narration is not valid.
