Placing the ends of the shemagh on the back; is this considered covering the chest?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, if one places the shemagh behind the back, is this considered covering the chest? In this manner; is it covering the chest?

The Shaykh : Yes, if there is no excuse, it is covering the chest; because the implication of some narrations from some of the Salaf is that they would say to one whom they saw had covered his chest: "Let him prostrate with you." This is what I have.

The questioner : ... moisture.

The Shaykh : How?

The questioner : ... high humidity, and this shemagh is uncomfortable?

The Shaykh : This has taken another form. We, my brother, as we said with our companion previously, look into the issue based on the original ruling without looking at what may affect it or what excuses may surround it.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

Another questioner : He said - may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him - .

The Shaykh : No, no, it is not permissible for you, do not be selfish,
but give [them] preference over themselves, even though they are in privation وَيُؤْثِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَلَوْ كَانَ بِهِمْ خَصَاصَةٌ
