Ruling on letting the shemagh hang down during prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on letting the shemagh hang down during prayer in the bowing and prostration? The Shaykh: There is nothing wrong with it, but if you prostrate while it is hanging loose, it will not suffice. However, if you tuck it in from the start and place it on your head or behind your back, there is no harm.Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (I was commanded to prostrate on seven bones, and not to tuck in hair or clothing) meaning: the state of prostration is not absolute. For example: If the shemagh or ghutrah, as I told you just now, is hanging down and not tucked in when you prostrate, let it hang and prostrate. But if you placed it on your back from the start, there is no harm, or if you placed it on your head, there is no harm, because the prohibition is for a person to tuck it in at the time of prostration. Likewise, the sleeve: if a person was working in his field or doing something else from the start and had tucked in his garment, there is no harm. But if you intend to prostrate, do not tuck in the sleeve for the sake of prostration.
