A man is cut off from the mosques on Friday, and the only one left is a mosque containing a grave; what is the ruling on praying in it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the topic, one of our young brothers, a youth, said his father took him to the farm where it is said to be the grave of the Prophet Shu'ayb (peace be upon him). It is far from the mosques. On Friday, he stays there because it is his day off and he works on the farm, which is far from the mosques. The nearest mosque is the one with the grave. He asks: Should I pray Friday there, or should I pray Zuhr alone, or should I pray with my mother and sisters and I deliver the Friday sermon to them?

The Shaykh : The issue differs. For example, can he hear the adhan from one of the mosques around him or not? The answer is: he either hears it or he does not. If he can hear it, he must intend to go to the mosque that has no violation. If he cannot hear anything but the adhan from this mosque with the fabricated grave, this returns to the previous discussion.

The questioner : Or he does not believe that this is a grave; he just wants to pray his obligatory prayer, and the mosque is far from him, seven kilometers away. Shaykh, the road is unpaved and it is difficult for a car to travel on it, meaning it is not easy for him to go to the other mosque.

The Shaykh : In any case...

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And you as well.
