Explaining the error in the statement: "Allah is present in every place."

The Shaykh : The point is: "Allah is in every place." Place is an existent thing; it was non-existent, then it came into existence by His saying—Exalted is He—“Be,” so place came into being. Place is a condition for the created, so how can it be made a condition for the Creator, who is self-sufficient regarding the worlds? [Ali 'Imran 3:97] How did Muslims reach this level of ignorance and heedlessness regarding the Islamic creed, which is explicitly stated in the Book and the Sunnah and upon which the scholars of the Muslims have reached consensus? This is due to their distance, despite these long centuries, from studying the Book of Allah and the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), which are the safeguard, as he (peace be upon him) said in the authentic hadith: . Today, unfortunately—and no blame—take the greatest shaykh you believe in his knowledge, and ask him to pray as the Messenger of Allah used to pray; he does not know how! Ask him to perform Hajj to the House of Allah the Sacred as he (peace and blessings be upon him) performed it; he does not know how, and so on. And what can we say about others?!
"Allah is present in every place." The domestic silk silkworm has a place, and it is called "the cocoon," which it weaves around itself. So Allah was, and there was no place and no time, then He created place and time. He is now as He was, as He was, self-sufficient in His essence—Blessed and Exalted is He—regarding the worlds. How did Muslims make Him like the silkworm, confining Him in every place? Knowing that in these places, none of us would enter them except under compulsion, yet they placed their Lord in them by their own choice. That is the far deviation.
The cause is ignorance of their religion. We know that Muslims still adhere to some of the religious laws, but their adherence to them is formal, without awareness and understanding. Many—for example—of the shaykhs, the followers of the shaykhs, and the young people raised in obedience to Allah but without knowledge, none of them sleeps until he reads Surat al-Buruj, and this is a recommended practice, and it is the one that saves from the punishment of the grave, and it has virtues. In this surah, the reciter among us reads:[Al-Mulk 67:16-17] Who is the one in the sky? Allah—Blessed and Exalted is He—is the one in the sky, [Al-Mulk 67:16-17]; so our Lord—Mighty and Majestic—first of all is not in every place, but rather He is in the sky and not on the earth.
And among the wonders of heedlessness regarding the legal texts, including this verse, there is a Prophetic hadith circulated on the tongues of people, even the common folk:Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1924Hasan (Darussalam) Do you see? We do not find a Muslim who is ignorant of this hadith, yet he says it with his tongue, but it has not entered his heart.
And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.
I have left with you two matters by which you will not go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allah and my Sunnah, and they will not separate until they come to me at the Pond.
تركتُ فيكم أمرَين لن تضلُّوا ما إن تمسَّكتم بهما ؛ كتاب الله وسنَّتي ، ولن يتفرَّقا حتى يَرِدَا عليَّ الحوض"Allah is present in every place."
