Ruling on Reciting the Basmala in the Middle of a Surah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! Regarding the Basmala in the middle of a surah, some jurists (may Allah have mercy on them) said: it is recommended;Because, as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Every matter of importance that is not begun with "In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate" is severed or cut off) Is it recommended, or is it not prescribed?
The correct view is that the Basmala, if a person reads from the middle of a surah, is not recommended;Because Allah said in His Book:
So when you recite the Qur'an, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
[Al-Nahl:98] and He did not command anything other than that, so as long as the issue has a specific text stating that what is required of one who intends to read the Qur'an is to seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan, then this specifies the general statement, which is his saying: (Every matter of importance that is not begun with the Basmala is cut off) .
