Using the story of Musa with the two women and their father as evidence that a woman should not leave her home except for a need

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Some scholars derive evidence from the saying of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He:
and our father is an old man."وَأَبُونَا شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ
[al-Qasas: 23],And from His saying:
O my father, hire himيَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ
[al-Qasas: 26] regarding the prohibition of a woman leaving her home except for a need, is this evidence valid?
This evidence is valid; however, it is an overstretch; because the Islamic Shari'ah contains what suffices for it,Allah the Exalted said:
And abide in your housesوَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ
[al-Ahzab: 33],And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (and their homes are better for them) and the Sunnah in this matter is clear, that it is better for a woman to remain in her home.
