Differences in the analogy of the pig to the dog regarding the ingestion of impurities

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence, may Allah honor you, is the analogy of the pig to the dog regarding the ingestion of impurities valid?
(If a dog licks a vessel, it must be washed seven times, one of which with earth), as established by the hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Some jurists have analogized the pig to the dog; however, this analogy is not correct, because Allah mentioned the pig in the Noble Qur'an, and it is well known, yet the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not associate it with the dog.
And anything whose cause existed during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and for which he did not issue a ruling, it is not valid to issue a ruling on it that contradicts what was the case during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
Accordingly, the impurity of the pig is like other impurities; if it licks a vessel, we do not wash it seven times.
