Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Shams: 6] Meaning: the earth and what it has spread out until it became level, and until it was neither too soft nor too hard, but rather suitable for creation according to what their needs require. This is among the blessings of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) upon His servants, that He leveled the earth for them and made it between softness and hardness, except in certain places, but this little does not determine the ruling for the much.
