Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (When the sky is split)
Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Infitar:1-5] These are four things; when they occur, the soul will know what it has sent forth in the beginning of its life and what it has left behind.
His saying: [Al-Infitar:1] Meaning: it is split,As Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said: [Al-Sharh:1-2] .
[Al-Infitar 82:2] Meaning: the stars, both small and large, will be scattered, dispersed, and fall; because the world has ended.
[Al-Infitar 82:3] Meaning: some of them will burst forth upon others, and they will fill the earth.
[Al-Infitar 82:4] Meaning: it will bring out what is in them of the dead, until they stand before Him (Mighty and Majestic), upon the occurrence of these four matters.
Allah the Exalted said:
(1) When the sky breaks apart (2) And when the stars fall, scattering, (3) And when the seas are erupted (4) And when the [contents of] graves are scattered, (5) A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back.
