Ruling on placing the miswak between the fingers during prayer

O Shaykh! Is there any report regarding placing the miswak between the fingers during prayer? And if there is no report, what is the ruling for one who does this?
I do not know of any report from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he placed his miswak in his ear or between his fingers.

As for the ruling in this issue: Therefore, he should not place it between his fingers, because it distracts him, as it requires monitoring.
