It is permissible to do it inside the mosque and outside of it, because there is no text prohibiting it inside the mosque, given that there is a cause for it, and due to the generality of the hadith:Bulugh al-Maram 32 However, it should not be exaggerated to the point of vomiting while in the mosque, for fear that vomit or blood may come out and defile the mosque.
