Rulings Concerning the Menstruating Woman in Hajj

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Honorable Shaykh! What are the rulings concerning a woman if she menstruates while performing the rites? Is it permissible for her to take pills to prevent menstruation during this period?
If a woman menstruates after entering the state of ihram, she does everything the pilgrim does except for the tawaf of the House and the sa'y that follows it. So, if she menstruates, for example, after entering ihram and has not yet reached Makkah, and she is convinced that she will become pure before the eighth day, she remains in her ihram; however, she does not perform tawaf or sa'y until she becomes pure.
And if she is convinced that she will not become pure until after the eighth day, she enters ihram for Hajj, thereby combining Hajj with 'Umrah, and she becomes a qarinah, as happened to the Mother of the Believers, 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her).
As for taking pills to prevent the custom, there is nothing wrong with it here out of need, provided she consults a doctor.
