What is the ruling for a menstruating woman who starts menstruating before performing the tawaf and has completed the rites, and does she have to offer a sacrificial animal if she is performing Hajj alone?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In the previous session, regarding questions about Hajj, I mentioned that if a menstruating woman starts menstruating before performing the tawaf, she must remain in her state of ihram, intend to perform Hajj, and carry out the rites. Is she in this situation performing Hajj alone (ifrad) or combining it with 'Umrah (qiran)? And does she have to offer a sacrificial animal if she is performing Hajj alone? In this situation, she is undoubtedly performing Hajj alone, but she is doing so out of necessity due to the onset of menstruation. Consequently, she does not have to offer a sacrificial animal. It is permissible for her to perform 'Umrah after Hajj, as the Lady 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) did. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered her brother, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, to have her ride behind him on a camel and take her to al-Tan'im, a place outside the sacred precinct of Makkah. There, she entered the state of ihram and entered Makkah for a standalone 'Umrah. This is after Hajj, and it is specific to the woman in need who is menstruating. It is not permissible for a menstruating woman who is not in this situation to perform Hajj alone, and consequently, it is not permissible for her to perform a standalone 'Umrah after Hajj.
