The menstruating woman and the woman in post-natal bleeding must delay the tawaf of Hajj until they become pure

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: If a woman menstruates before performing the tawaf of ifadah, what is her ruling? It is known that she performed all the other rites, and her menstruation continued even after the days of Tashriq.

Answer: If a woman menstruates before the tawaf of Hajj or experiences post-natal bleeding, the tawaf remains obligatory upon her until she becomes pure. Once she becomes pure, she performs the full ritual bath and performs the tawaf for her Hajj, even if it is days after Hajj, even in Muharram, or even in Safar, according to her ease. It has no limited time. Some scholars have held that it is not permissible to delay it beyond Dhu al-Hijjah, but this is a view with no evidence for it. Rather, the correct view is that it is permissible to delay it. However, hastening to perform it is better if one is able. If she delays it beyond Dhu al-Hijjah, it is sufficient for her, and no blood money is required of her.
The menstruating woman and the woman in post-natal bleeding are excused, so there is no blame on them; because they have no control over it. Once they become pure, they perform the tawaf, whether that is in Dhu al-Hijjah or in Muharram.
