Repeating the prayer for one who has prayed the obligatory prayer and enters the mosque while they are praying

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Regarding repeating the congregational prayer, if a person enters the mosque after having prayed Maghrib and enters another mosque, should he pray with them? Likewise, regarding entering the mosque for the funeral prayer, if he sees the congregation praying and he came to the mosque solely for the funeral prayer, should he join the prayer and then break it off with the imam, meaning: he breaks off his prayer with the imam.
Please clarify that?
If he enters the mosque after having prayed Maghrib and finds people praying, let him pray three rak'ahs with them, just as the imam prayed; because this is a repeated prayer and not an obligatory one, and in that case, he has not performed witr twice.
So repeating is not the same as starting.
And if he comes to the mosque for the funeral and finds them praying, he joins them as well, except if this is the last rak'ah and he fears that if he stands to make up the remaining rak'ah, the funeral will be prayed over, then there is no harm in waiting until the imam says the taslim and then praying over the funeral.
As for if it is the third rak'ah, let him join them, and there is no harm in saying the taslim with the imam if he fears that the funeral will be taken away, because he has prayed two rak'ahs.
