Allah the Exalted said:
And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].وَأَمَّا السَّائِلَ فَلا تَنْهَرْ
[Ad-Duhaa 93:10]
(The one who asks) : The one who asks about knowledge,And the one who asks: The one who asks for money, do not drive him away, even if he speaks to you harshly, do not drive him away, and treat him with gentleness, kindness, and acceptance when he asks. And if he is in error, you may advise him after you have given him what he asked for.
