Ruling on playing the sound of a reciter (reciting the Qur'an) while waiting for a call

[Ruling on playing the sound of a reciter (reciting the Qur'an) while waiting for a call]

A person called and said: I want so-and-so, so he placed a recorder by the phone receiver that recites the Qur'an. Is there anything wrong with that or not?
Some of the brothers use this when someone calls them,And you said: saying, "I want so-and-so, I will play a verse from the Qur'an for you," even in some official departments. But I think that instead of that, one should play some sayings and proverbs, or a ruling from the Sharia rulings. For example, a man entered while the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in the mosque, and he prayed without settling in the bowing, then came and greeted him,So he said: (Go back and pray, for you have not prayed) and like his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): (I was about to order that the prayer be established) which encourages congregational prayer. This is better;Because the Qur'an, first of all: perhaps the person who called you dislikes this thing and is not at ease with it. I, and may Allah reward you, love the Qur'an, but some people may not love the Qur'an. They find it heavy, even if they do not dislike it with a dislike of the heart, but they find it heavy.Or he says: This man obliges us, for example, to listen and then hang up, or to remain with reluctance. And may Allah reward you, if you play rulings or sayings like (The head of wisdom is the fear of Allah) or something similar.
