Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And as for he who comes to you hurrying)

Allah the Exalted said:
But as for he who came to you striving [for knowledge]وَأَمَّا مَنْ جَاءَكَ يَسْعَى
[Abasa:8] meaning: he is in a hurry to seize the opportunity to attend the gathering of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
And he fearsوَهُوَ يَخْشَى
[Abasa:9] meaning: he feared Allah with his heart:
From him you are distracted.فَأَنْتَ عَنْهُ تَلَهَّى
[Abasa:10] meaning: you turn away from him and ignore him, why? Because you were occupied with the leaders of the people, hoping that they would be guided.
