The ruling on a woman who begins menstruating after the time for prayer has entered

A woman entered the time for the midday prayer and became occupied with some of her affairs. Before the time ended, she intended to pray, but she began menstruating. Does she have to pray it when she becomes pure?

The correct view is that if a woman becomes pure and has caught the amount of one unit of prayer from the time, it is obligatory for her to make up the prayer.By the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Whoever catches one unit of prayer has caught the prayer). And she caught one unit of prayer from her time, so it is obligatory for her to make up the prayer.
