A woman who delayed the Zuhr prayer and then began menstruating before the time for the 'Asr prayer entered, and she had not prayed Zuhr: does she sin for that, and does she make up the prayer after her purification?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The honorable Shaykh, a woman delayed the Zuhr prayer and then began menstruating before the time for the 'Asr prayer entered, and she had not prayed Zuhr. Does she sin for that, and does she make up that prayer after her purification?

The Shaykh : Yes. She sins for that, because it is obligatory for her, when the time for the prayer becomes narrow, to pray it and not delay it. And she must make up this prayer that she delayed beyond its time.
And with this, this blessed meeting comes to an end. I ask Allah to make it beneficial, and to grant us all beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and a good and abundant provision. Until the next meeting, if Allah wills, with goodness and peace.
The reader: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
As for what follows:
... four hundred and one thousand, the meeting begins ... his Muslim brothers in the Sacred Mosque, and those who listen to it elsewhere. The location for receiving questions to be presented to the honorable Shaykh will be at the door of 'Umrah in the Sacred Mosque, on the second floor. So whoever has a question, let him bring it to this place. And now, let us leave the location to the honorable Shaykh to speak on what is facilitated and to answer the questions.
