Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (The Day the Spirit and the angels stand in rows)

Allah the Exalted said:
The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct.يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الرُّوحُ وَالْمَلائِكَةُ صَفّاً لا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَاّ مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ وَقَالَ صَوَاباً
[Al-Naba: 38] meaning: neither the angels nor anyone else,As Allah the Exalted said:
and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps].وَخَشَعَتِ الْأَصْوَاتُ لِلرَّحْمَنِ فَلا تَسْمَعُ إِلَّا هَمْساً
[Ta-Ha: 108]
except for whom the Most Merciful has permittedإِلَاّ مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ
[Al-Naba: 38] to speak, for he speaks as he has been permitted to speak
and who says what is right.وَقَالَ صَوَاباً
[Al-Naba: 38] meaning: he said a correct statement in accordance with the pleasure of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), and that is through intercession; if Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) permits someone to intercede, he intercedes in what he has been permitted to intercede in, according to what he has been permitted.
