Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (Indeed, We created man in hardship)]

Allah the Exalted said:
We have certainly created man into hardship.لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي كَبَدٍ
[Surat al-Balad: 4] .
The (lam) here: it occurs in the answer to the oath; to increase the affirmation of the sentence. And the sentence may also be increased in affirmation, so that the sentence of
We did certainly create manلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ
[Al-Hijr 15:26]
is affirmed by three affirmations, which are: the oath, the lam, and qad.
the human beingالْإِنْسَانَ
A generic name that includes every individual of the children of Adam.
in hardshipفِي كَبَدٍ
It has two meanings: the first meaning: in uprightness,Meaning: that he was created in the most perfect form in creation; upright, walking on his feet, and raising his head, and his body is balanced.
And the beasts are the opposite of this; the head is at the level of the rear.
Is that not so? As for the children of Adam, no, the head is raised above the body,so it is like His saying, the Exalted:
We have certainly created man in the best of stature;لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ
[Surat al-Tin: 4] .

The second meaning: It was said: the intended meaning of kabad is the enduring of things, and their hardship, and that man suffers difficulty in the affairs of this world, in seeking sustenance, in cultivating the earth, and in other things, and he also suffers, even more, with his own self, and struggling it to obey Allah, and avoiding the sins of Allah, and this is the jihad that is considered more severe than the hardship of seeking sustenance, especially if man is afflicted with a deviant environment, and becomes a stranger among them, then he will find difficulty in struggling his own self, and in struggling with people as well.

If someone were to say: Is it not possible that the verse includes both meanings?
Yes.
And likewise, it should be done if you find in the Noble Book a verse that admits of two meanings, and there is no contradiction between them, then apply it to both meanings; because the Qur'an is more comprehensive and broader.
If there is a contradiction between them, then look for the stronger position,For example, the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Divorced women remain in waiting for three periodsوَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنْفُسِهِنَّ ثَلاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ
[Surat al-Baqarah: 228] So (quru') : is the plural of qir', with the qaf opened, so what is the qir'?It is said: It is menstruation.

And it was said: It is purity.
So here it is not possible to apply the verse to both meanings, why? Because of the contradiction.
But seek the factor that strengthens one of the two opinions, and take it.

So here we say:
We have certainly created man into hardship.لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي كَبَدٍ
[Surat al-Balad: 4] It is correct that the verse includes both meanings: that is: in the beauty of stature and uprightness, and in kabad as enduring the hardships of affairs.
And let us limit ourselves to this amount of the clear verses of Allah, to free ourselves for the questions.
And we ask Allah Glorified and Exalted is He to make us all among those who recite His Book with true recitation, and to grant us from it mercy, for He is the Bestower.
