Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor)]
Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Fatihah: 7] Meaning: You bestowed upon them the complete favor, which includes the favor of religion and worldly life. Who are these people?Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Nisa: 69] There are four categories who are those upon whom Allah has bestowed favor:And they are in these ranks: The first rank: He said: (FROM AMONG THE PROPHETS) The prophets here include the messengers; because a messenger is a prophet, and the messengers are a higher class than the prophets, and the resolute ones (Auli al-'Azm) are a higher class than the others, and Muhammad is the highest class among the resolute ones.
Therefore: The prophets include the class of messengers, who are higher than the prophets, and the resolute ones are higher than the rest of the messengers, and Muhammad is the highest class among the resolute ones.
Do you keep these masters in mind when you read this verse? It is necessary that you have remembrance of these masters in your heart.
The second level: The truthful ones (Siddiqun), they are those who reached the peak of truthfulness in believing what Allah revealed to His messengers, and they acted upon it. At their head is Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him). How do we know that he is at the head of the truthful ones? Because there were disciples and supporters from the previous messengers, so how do we know that Abu Bakr is the best of them?We know this because this community is the best of communities: [Surat Ali 'Imran: 110] And the best of this community is Abu Bakr by the consensus of the Companions, for the Companions used to say during the time of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him): [The best of this community is Abu Bakr, then 'Umar] until 'Ali ibn Abi Talib would announce from the pulpit of Kufah after he had become the caliph, saying: [The best of this community after its Prophet is Abu Bakr, then 'Umar] And by this we know the lie of the Rafidah who claim that Abu Bakr was not a caliph and that he was unjust to 'Ali; because 'Ali is the caliph in their view,It is said: Why did 'Ali ibn Abi Talib not announce that he was wronged when he was caliph? Rather, he announced that what happened was justice; because he approved and acknowledged that the best of this community is Abu Bakr, and this is an acknowledgment of his virtue and his right to the caliphate; because only the best and the best of the people are appointed over them.
In any case: We say: The second class of creation are the truthful ones (Siddiqun).
The third rank: The martyrs (Shuhada). The martyrs include the martyrs of battle, who are those who were killed in the cause of Allah. And who is the one who was killed in the cause of Allah? It is the one who fought so that the word of Allah would be the highest. So whoever fights for nationalism is a loser, and whoever fights for patriotism is a loser, and whoever fights to see his status is a loser, and whoever fights for showing off is a loser. The fighter who, if he is killed, is a martyr is the one who fought for this purpose, so that the word of Allah would be the highest. This is the fighter in the cause of Allah, and he is the martyr. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: (About the man who fights for bravery, and fights for honor, and fights for showing off, which of these is in the cause of Allah? He said: Whoever fights so that the word of Allah would be the highest, he is in the cause of Allah) Meaning: These people are not in the cause of Allah. And for this reason it came in the hadith: (There is no one who is wounded who is wounded -Meaning: There is no one who is injured who is injured - in jihad, and Allah knows best who is wounded in His cause) This phrase is important. Not everyone who is killed in jihad is a martyr with Allah. He may be a martyr in our opinion, but he is not a martyr with Allah;Because he said: (And Allah knows best who is wounded in His cause, except that he will come on the Day of Resurrection with the color of his blood the color of blood, and its scent the scent of musk) .
The martyrs also include the people of knowledge. For the scholars are among the martyrs, Allah the Exalted said: [Surat Ali 'Imran: 18] But who are the people of knowledge who are among the martyrs? They are the people of knowledge who seek knowledge for the sake of Allah, and who, when the truth becomes clear to them, follow it, and who do not deviate from the path of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions. It is not the scholar who is merely a reader, and for this reason 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud said: [How will it be with you when your readers increase and your jurists decrease?] Meaning: If we find a person who is an ocean in knowledge, if you come to him regarding exegesis, he is an ocean, in hadith he is an ocean, in jurisprudence he is an ocean, in every discipline he is an ocean, but he does not act upon his knowledge, and does not follow the path of the Salaf, then he is not among the people of knowledge.Allah Mighty and Majestic says regarding the hypocrites: [Surat al-Munafiqun: 4] Why do you listen to their speech? Because they have eloquence and clarity, and they are in an appearance that pleases you.But there is no good in them: [Surat al-Munafiqun: 4] So the result is that (the martyrs) include two groups of people: The first: those who were killed in the cause of Allah.
Second: The scholars in reality.
The fourth rank: The righteous ones (Salihin), and they are the last class, and they are the general Muslim believers. So you ask Allah to guide you to the straight path, the path of those upon whom Allah has bestowed favor from among the prophets, the truthful ones, the martyrs, and the righteous ones. And these are gathered by one meaning: Which is knowledge of the truth and acting upon it.
Allah the Exalted said:
The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor
And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger - those will be with the ones upon whom Allah has bestowed favor of the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs and the righteous
Therefore: The prophets include the class of messengers, who are higher than the prophets, and the resolute ones are higher than the rest of the messengers, and Muhammad is the highest class among the resolute ones.

Because there were disciples and supporters from the previous messengers, so how do we know that Abu Bakr is the best of them?We know this because this community is the best of communities:
You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind
In any case: We say: The second class of creation are the truthful ones (Siddiqun).

The martyrs also include the people of knowledge. For the scholars are among the martyrs, Allah the Exalted said:
Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
And when you see them, their forms please you, and if they speak, you listen to their speech
وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ تُعْجِبُكَ أَجْسَامُهُمْ وَإِنْ يَقُولُوا تَسْمَعْ لِقَوْلِهِمْas if they were pieces of wood propped up
Second: The scholars in reality.
