If one sleeps through the Fajr prayer, let him pray it when he wakes up

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man was overcome by sleep and missed the Fajr prayer, as well as the voluntary prayers that precede it, such as the night prayer and the Sunnah of Fajr. He then woke up shortly before the sun rose, to the point that if he prayed, his prayer might coincide with the sunrise. How should he pray?
He should pray the rawatib of Fajr, then the Fajr prayer itself. As for the other voluntary prayers, he should pray them during the day afterward.

The questioner: But does he pray them after the sunrise? The Shaykh: Yes, after the sunrise.

The questioner: Does he wait a little until the sunrise? The Shaykh: No.
He should not wait; he should hasten.

The questioner: The sun has not risen yet.

The Shaykh: He should hasten. If there were only two minutes left before the sun rose, he must hasten. If he did not wake up until after the sun had risen, he should do as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did.
