Ruling on the statement made in the homeland: “All existence perishes except You”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! There is a song that was broadcast, and its author says:
All existence and what it contains perishes, except for your love, which remains, and the banner is raised high
Or something similar. I do not know whether one should hold this belief or merely repeat it without believing it. Is it forbidden?
It is not permissible to recite it or to approve of it. Rather, it is obligatory for the one who said it to repent to Allah the Mighty and Majestic from it. If he repents, that is fine; otherwise, the apparent meaning of his statement is apostasy—may Allah protect us from it.Because mentioning: All existence perishes except YouIts meaning is: This is contrary to the statement of Allah the Exalted:
Everything will be destroyed except His Faceكُلُّ شَيْءٍ هَالِكٌ إِلَّا وَجْهَهُ
[Surah al-Qasas: 88]. Thus, this constitutes apostasy if its author persists in it, after being reminded and the truth being clarified to him. As for reciting it, it is forbidden, and it is not permissible to place it before people so that they recite it.
Furthermore, defending the homeland is not always praiseworthy, nor is it always blameworthy. It depends on obedience to Allah and His Messenger. If a person defends his homeland because it is an Islamic homeland, defending it for the sake of its Islam, that is praiseworthy. But if he does so merely because it is his homeland, that is pre-Islamic tribalism.
