Attributing the attribute of hesitation to Allah (Mighty and Majestic)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The honorable Shaykh, it was mentioned in a hadith: (Whoever opposes My wali) At the end of the hadith, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says: (I did not hesitate over anything I am about to do as I hesitated over taking the soul of My believing servant) Does this establish the attribute of hesitation for Allah (Mighty and Majestic)? Or how is this matter reconciled? And may Allah reward you with good.
Establishing hesitation for Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in an absolute sense is not permissible; because Allah the Exalted mentioned hesitation in this specific matter: (I did not hesitate over anything I am about to do as I hesitated over taking the soul of My believing servant), and this hesitation is not due to doubt regarding the benefit, nor due to doubt regarding the ability to do the thing, but rather it is out of mercy for this believing servant,Therefore, he said in the same hadith: (He hates death and I hate his doing wrong, but it is inevitable), and this does not mean that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is described with hesitation in His power or in His knowledge, unlike the human being, who, when he intends to do something, hesitates; either because of his doubt about its results and benefit, or because of his doubt about his ability to do it;Meaning: whether he is able or not able, whereas the Lord (Mighty and Majestic) is not.
