Is there in the hadith "Whoever opposes one of My awliya (close friends of Allah)..." an affirmation of the attribute of hesitation for Allah (Mighty and Majestic)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, esteemed Shaykh: In the hadith:
I will declare war against him who shows hostility to a pious worshipper of Mine من عادى لي ولياً
Sahih al-Bukhari 6502
At the end of the hadith, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says:
And I did not hesitate over anything I am doing as I hesitated over taking the soul of My believing servant وما ترددت في شيء أنا فاعله كترددي في قبض نفس عبدي المؤمن
Does this affirm the attribute of hesitation for Allah (Mighty and Majestic)? Or how is this matter reconciled? May Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : Affirming hesitation for Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in an absolute sense is not permissible, because Allah the Exalted mentioned hesitation in this specific matter:
I did not hesitate over anything I am doing as I hesitated over taking the soul of My believing servant ما ترددت في شيء أنا فاعله ترددي عن قبض نفس عبدي المؤمن
This hesitation is not due to doubt regarding the benefit, nor due to doubt regarding the ability to do the thing, but rather it is for the sake of the mercy of this believing servant. For this reason, He said in the same hadith:
He hates death and I hate doing wrong to him, yet he must face it كره الموت وأكره إساءته، ولا بد له منه
This does not mean that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is described with hesitation due to doubt in His power or His knowledge, unlike the human being. When a human being intends to do something, he hesitates, either due to doubt about its results and benefit, or due to doubt about his ability to do it—whether he can or cannot. But the Lord (Mighty and Majestic) does not.
