Permissibility of the preacher asking a person who entered and then sat down during the Friday sermon: (Did you pray?)

[Permissibility of the preacher asking a person who entered and then sat down during the Friday sermon: (Did you pray?)]
May Allah preserve you, O honorable Shaykh! If the preacher is delivering the sermon for the Friday prayer and a man enters and sits down without praying two rak'ahs, and the preacher rebukes him, is it prescribed for him to repeat the rebuke to the other people who enter after him and were unaware? I ask you to clarify this issue, and may Allah reward you with good.
If a person enters while the imam is delivering the sermon on Friday and then sits down, the preacher does not rebuke him directly. Rather, he says what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said,He says to him: (Did you pray?) If he says: No.

He says to him: (Stand up and pray two rak'ahs, and make them brief) And if he says: I prayed.
The matter is ended. Likewise, if a second and third person enter, he says this to them; because when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said something or did something in an incident, it applies to all similar incidents.
