The ruling on one who claims that a man's success or failure is due to good luck or bad luck

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! We find that some of the commentators who comment on matches, when one of the teams loses, say: This team lost due to bad luck. This phrase has caused me much confusion, so what is your opinion on this comment?
Yes.
This phrase is said by one who does not know the Shari'ah,He says to the person if he succeeds: This is due to good luck,And if he fails: This is due to bad luck. This is part of astrology, which is a type of shirk (associating partners with Allah); because the rising and setting of stars have no effect on earthly events. Rather, the matter is in the hand of Allah, whether a person is born under this star, that star, or at any other time. In the authentic hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), narrated by Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in the Fajr prayer one day, and we were at al-Hudaybiyah following a sky that had been [rainy] from the night—Meaning: following rain—So he said: (Do you know what your Lord said? They said: Allah and His Messenger know best! He said: Among My servants, there is one who has become a believer in Me and a disbeliever,As for the one who said: saying: We have been rained upon by the grace and mercy of Allah. That one is a believer in Me and a disbeliever in the star,As for the one who said: and another saying: We have been rained upon by the constellation such-and-such. That one is a disbeliever in Me and a believer in the star) And the one who claims that a man's success or failure is due to good luck or bad luck is of this type about which the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said that he is a disbeliever in Allah? So it is obligatory for the one who said it to repent to Allah from that, and for the one who heard it to disapprove of it and to clarify that in public gatherings and private gatherings with the youth; because some people do not know the meaning of this phrase and do not know what it is based on.
