The ruling on one who applies perfume before entering the state of ihram and the scent remains on him after entering ihram

If a man applies perfume before he wears the garments of ihram, but this scent remains until the time of Hajj.
Is it permissible or not?
It is permissible; because if a person applies perfume before entering ihram and the scent remains on him after entering ihram, there is no harm.Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: (It is as if I see the sheen of musk in the partings of the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he is in the state of ihram).
