The time for 'Isha' is from the immediate end of the time for Maghrib until the middle of the night. It is permissible to delay the obligatory prayer until ten o'clock in our current time, because ten o'clock is before the middle of the night. Its Sunnah is also permissible to be delayed until ten o'clock in our country at this time, because the time for 'Isha' extends to the middle of the night.
