The ruling on the Hajj of one who has a debt if he finds someone to perform it for him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man has a debt and he finds someone to perform the Hajj for him. Is it permissible for him to perform the Hajj?

meaning, its meaning is: A man has a debt, and another man wants to volunteer and give him money to perform the Hajj with, is that right? The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: And he does not lack anything for the debt,Meaning: It is not as if this is a worker who works, or even a jurist who benefits the people of the debt,Meaning: Suppose this worker has a debt—for example—of ten thousand, and he works in a trade earning, for example, five hundred riyals a day; if he goes to perform the Hajj, he will be away for at least ten days. How much of his earnings will he miss? The questioner: Five thousand.

The Shaykh: Is this man unemployed, saying: whether I travel for the Hajj or stay, I will not earn anything,So we say: There is no objection. Take from your companion and perform the Hajj with it; on the condition that he does not fear that the one who volunteered to give him the money will remind him of it later,And whenever something happened, he would say: saying, "This is my reward for performing the Hajj with you." In that case, he is not obligated to perform the Hajj.
