A woman performing Hajj without a mahram

Question: My mother performed Hajj with someone who is not her mahram, and she is over sixty years old. Is her Hajj valid, or should I perform Hajj on her behalf? Please note that she has passed away, may Allah have mercy on her.

Answer: If a woman performs Hajj with someone who is not her mahram, she is a sinner and commits a sin by doing so, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a woman from traveling except with a mahram, whether for Hajj or for anything else.
As for the Hajj itself, it is valid, if Allah wills, but it is accompanied by sin. We hope that Allah will forgive her. Her Hajj is valid, even at the age you mentioned, because the hadith is general. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a woman from traveling except with a mahram, and this applies to both the elderly and the young, and to Hajj and other travel. Therefore, she is considered to have erred and sinned, and she is sinful for that. However, the Hajj itself is valid if she performed it in the required manner.
As for if he wishes to volunteer to perform another Hajj on her behalf, there is no harm in that, and this is considered an act of kindness toward her.

Answer: Allah the Exalted said:
And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a wayوَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا
[Al-Imran: 97],The one who is able to find the way: He is the one who possesses the means to reach the House of Allah and return to his country after fulfilling his basic needs and his lawful expenses. If a person has a debt and his wealth is not sufficient to pay off the debt and perform Hajj, he must prioritize the debt and pay it off first, and Hajj is not obligatory on him in this case, because he is not able to afford it. But regarding what you mentioned, that you have already performed Hajj and completed it, the Hajj is valid in itself. As long as you have performed it, it is valid and sufficient, if Allah wills, but you are sinful for delaying the debt.

Question: Is it a condition to seek the permission of the creditor for Hajj for one who wants to perform Hajj and has a debt?

Answer: Yes, his permission is a condition, because his right takes precedence, and it is necessary to seek his permission.
