Permissibility of naming a child Aziz or Rahim

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: What is the ruling on naming a child Aziz or Rahim?
There is nothing wrong with naming your son Aziz or Rahim; because this has been used to describe other than Allah,Allah the Exalted said:
The wife of al-'Azeez saidقَالَتِ امْرَأَتُ الْعَزِيزِ
[Yusuf: 51] , and Allah the Exalted said in describing the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
to the believers is kind and merciful.بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَؤُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ
[At-Tawbah: 128] .
And do not name him Al-Aziz except as a description, do not make it a proper name for him,But you say: Al-Aziz, in the sense of a connection,For example: the ruler and the prince, there is nothing wrong with it.
