Praying Two Rak'ahs Behind the Maqam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
So when he has completed seven circuits,He proceeds to the Maqam of Ibrahim and recites:
And take, [O believers], from the standing place of Abraham a place of prayer.وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلّىً
[al-Baqarah:125] he prays two rak'ahs behind the Maqam, but he keeps his distance from the circumambulating people so that he is not harmed by them and they are not harmed by him.He recites in the first rak'ah:
Say, O you disbelieversقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ
[al-Kafirun:1] and in the second:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[al-Ikhlas:1] along with al-Fatihah, and he expedites them. He does not remain in his place after them, but rather he leaves immediately to leave the place for those among the people who need it.
