Stoning the pillars
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
When the dawn breaks, he prays the Fajr prayer with its recommended practice, and he continues to remember Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) with whatever he likes, until the light spreads widely. Then he departs before the sun rises, heading toward Mina, and he takes the shortest path to the pillar—the Jamarat al-Aqabah—because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took the middle path that leads to the pillar. He throws the pillar—the Jamarat al-Aqabah—with seven pebbles, which he may take from wherever he wishes, saying takbir with each pebble in humility before Allah (Mighty and Majestic), following the example of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and establishing the remembrance of Allah; for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: (The tawaf around the House, the sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and the stoning of the pillars were established to establish the remembrance of Allah).
