The term *mura'ajah* may mean returning

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
We passed by in the Haram lesson in the hadith of Ibn 'Umar: (Tell him to take her back) in the case of divorce during menstruation, and the disagreement between the Shaykh al-Islam and the majority,And you said: The statement of the Shaykh al-Islam is more firmly grounded, and the majority’s view is more cautious and better for blocking the means to harm, but what confused me was the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Tell him to take her back) Does the word *mura'ajah* not come after divorce?
No.

The term *mura'ajah* may mean returning, as in the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him. And if the latter husband divorces her [or dies], there is no blame upon the woman and her former husband for returning to each otherفَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجاً غَيْرَهُ فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يَتَرَاجَعَا
[al-Baqarah: 230] It is well known that her return to the first husband after the second marriage is not a technical *mura'ajah* but a linguistic one, meaning: let him return to her,So the meaning would be: Let him take her back: he restores her to his marriage bond.
