The mention of revocation in the hadith of Ibn 'Umar (commanding him to revoke it): does it not indicate divorce?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. In our lesson in the Haram, regarding the hadith of Ibn 'Umar:
Tell him to take her back مره فليراجعها
concerning divorce during menstruation.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : And the disagreement between the Shaykh al-Islam and the majority.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : And we said that the statement of the Shaykh al-Islam is more grounded, and the majority's view is more cautious and better for blocking the means to harm, but what confused me was the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Tell him to take her back مره فليراجعها

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : Is the word "revocation" not to be used after divorce?

The Shaykh : No, "revocation" can mean returning, as in the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him. And if the latter husband divorces her [or dies], there is no blame upon the woman and her former husband for returning to each other فإن طلقها فلا تحل له من بعد حتى تنكح زوجا غيره فإن طلقها فلا جناح عليهما أن يتراجعا
[Al-Baqarah 2:230]
And it is well known that her return to the first husband after the second husband is not a technical revocation, but a linguistic one, meaning "let him return to her." So its meaning is "let him revoke it," i.e., let he return her to his protection. Yes.
