Then He, the Exalted, said: [Al-Qamar:40] Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has made the Qur'an easy to remember, to preserve, and to understand its meaning. This report is intended to encourage the preservation of the Qur'an and the reflection on its meaning, because it is made easy and simple. You should try to reflect on the verses of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to understand their meaning, and see how Allah makes it easy for you to understand them, so that you understand from them what many people do not understand.And for this he said: [Al-Qamar:40] The interrogative here is for the purpose of arousing interest.Meaning: Is there anyone who remembers, who recalls, who takes a lesson from what is in the Qur'an?
