There is a mosque where people pray, and in front of the qiblah of this mosque is a grave on the outside, and the grave was built after the mosque. Is the prayer in this mosque valid or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A questioner from Yemen: There is a mosque where people pray, and in front of the qiblah of this mosque is a grave on the outside, and the grave was built after the mosque. Is the prayer in it valid or not?

The Shaykh : The prayer in this mosque is valid, because the grave is outside the mosque, and the grave appeared after the mosque was built.
And at that point, we must clarify that a mosque in which there is a grave, if it was built over the grave, it must be demolished and the prayer in it is not valid. If the mosque was built first and the deceased was buried in it, it is obligatory to dig up the grave and remove it from the mosque and bury it with the people. If this is not possible, the prayer in the mosque is valid, but the one praying should not place the grave in front of him, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not pray toward graves لا تصلوا إلى القبور
