The Shaykh : Similarly, we were just speaking about the jinn; they do not believe in the creation of the jinn. They denied the chapter of the jinn, which contains the story of the jinn, and some of them said:
And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden.
[Al-Jinn 72:6]
, and
(1) Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, (2) The Sovereign of mankind. (3) The God of mankind, (4) From the evil of the retreating whisperer - (5) Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - (6) From among the jinn and mankind."
[An-Nas 114:1-6]
. There are no jinn, but what are the jinn? They said they are a type of human. The jinn mentioned in the Qur'an are a type of human, meaning they are humans. So they denied
You created me from fire and created him from clay."
[Al-A'raf 7:12]
. This is how it is; the jinn do not believe in all these verses, for they deny their meanings.
