Ruling on taking a fee from the property of orphans

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
O Shaykh, I have orphans from a brother of mine, and they have a lot of money. I get tired when I count and tally it, and they are young; the oldest among them is fourteen years old. So, is it permissible for me to take anything from it, or is it not permissible?

In any case, Allah the Mighty and Majestic said:
And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable.وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيّاً فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيراً فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
[Surat al-Nisa: 6] And I think you should go to the judge and take legal guardianship if you have nothing else,And you say to the judge: have him set a monthly percentage of the money for you, so that you do not suffer harm afterwards,I am afraid that when they grow up, they will come and demand it from you: Where is our money? So, take legal guardianship from the judge and have him set a monthly fee or a percentage for you.
