Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (It is nothing but a revelation that is revealed)
Allah the Exalted said: [An-Najm:4] Meaning: The Noble Qur'an is nothing but a revelation that is revealed, or a revelation from Allah, Mighty and Majestic, through the intermediary between Allah and the Messenger? [An-Najm 53:5] That is: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was taught this revelation (Shadid al-Qawa) That is: the one of intense strength, who is Jibril (peace be upon him),As Allah the Exalted said: [At-Takwir:19-20] So Jibril (peace be upon him) is strong, intense, trustworthy, and noble, it is absolutely impossible that he would be negligent with this revelation that he conveyed to Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), as the Exalted said: [Ash-Shu'ara:193-194] .
[An-Najm:5] (Shadid al-Qawa) means: the one of intense strength, so it is an addition of the attribute to its possessor.
