The Meaning of the Saying of Allah the Exalted: "And he does not speak from [his own] desire. It is not but a revelation being revealed."

The Shaykh :
Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. وما ينطق عن الهوى
[An-Najm 53:3]
This means he does not speak words that originate from desire, but rather he speaks the truth, (peace and blessings be upon him).

but a revelation revealed, إلا وحي يوحى
[An-Najm 53:4]
